Purchasing Consortia Information

Kami purchases will be managed by Vita-Learn. Schools must complete the online ordering form that includes an upload of your Purchase Order. All orders must be completed using the online ordering form (below). Please do not submit orders via email or directly to Kami. Vita-Learn aggregates all orders into a single order with Kami in order to allow all consortia members to qualify for volume pricing tiers otherwise unavailable to districts in VT, NH, and ME.

For purchases from ACTEM districts/schools, Purchase Orders should be made out to:

ACTEM • P.O. Box 187 • Gorham, ME 04038

ACTEM districts that require a quote, please contact Gary Lanoie, glanoie@actem.org. Invoices for ACTEM districts will be issued by ACTEM, payable to ACTEM.

Order deadline: November 1, 2023

If the consortia quantity is large enough, the consortia’s price for Kami may drop even more! Invoices will be issued when final pricing has been determined (November 1 or earlier if the aggregated order justifies a lower price). Orders will be processed upon receipt, and your district’s access to Kami will begin as soon as on-boarding with Kami can be completed.

The payment due date will be 30 days from the invoice date. The consortia is unable to pro-rate the license fee for late orders. If you are a current subscriber, please contact Jeff Mao regarding pro-rated consortia pricing that will allow you to take advantage of the Consortia now!

All orders will share the consortia licensing term: November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024.

Eligibility: 200 User minimum purchase. Institutional Members of Vita-Learn and all schools within the district. Additionally, NHSTE and ACTEM members based on their membership standards. More information about Vita-Learn Institutional membership.

All Kami orders will be consolidated by the consortia on the Vita-Learn website.
