• C. Registration - ONE DAY – $175.00
  Sept. 23rd through Conference -- Members Rate $155 - after verification of membership
• D. Registration - TWO DAYS – $265.00
  Sept. 23rd through Conference -- Members Rate $245 - after verification of membership

• F. Presenters
  The lead presenter is offered complimentary registration. (Lead presenter will attend one day & present at least once OR Attend two days & present at least twice throughout the conference)
• G. Presenter+2nd Day – $125.00
  Lead presenters may attend 2nd day at Early Bird Rate (Attend two days & present only once)
• H. Primary Co-Presenter – $75.00
  One Co-presenters is granted conference registration at a reduced rate.
  NOTE: Only one co-presenter is allowed to receive the reduced rate for each session.
• I. Primary Co-Presenter+2nd Day – $175.00
  Primary co-presenters special rate of $175 for 2-days
• J. Primary 2-day Co-Presenter – $150.00
