Exhibitor Registration 

After much discussion, the ACTEM board & Conference Committee has decided that the best option for everyone in these uncertain times is to offer a virtual conference for Maine educators this fall. 

ACTEM will be using HOPIN as our virtual event platform

for the ACTEM 2020 Fall Conference. Click HERE to see a short overview video of Hopin.  

Exhibitor participation options:

1.  Virtual Exhibitor Booth:  -  $500

Hopin has a virtual Expo hall where all exhibitors will have booths.

Booth features include: Company Information, tagline, logo, image, contact information, pre-recorded video, Call-to-action button, etc.

2.  Exhibitor Workshop in the Conference Program:  -  $500 per workshop

Workshop sessions will run 45-minutes in length and can be either pre-recorded or live sessions. We ask that exhibitors provide a moderator along with the presenter to facilitate the workshop session.

3. Conference Sponsorships:  -  Gold Level $1,000 or Silver Level $500

Exhibitors that are willing to help sponsor the ACTEM 2020 conference will have logos displayed on the registration page and in the reception area of our Hopin virtual conference. 
ACTEM is offering all current members a free registration to our fall virtual conference for 2020.  This means any Maine educator will be able to attend the ACTEM 2020 conference for just the cost of our annual membership fee. ACTEM's hope and intention will be to provide a quality professional development experience for Maine educators at a modest cost during this time when  Covid-19 is placing an added strain on school budgets.

Participants will be encouraged to attend the Expo hall in the 15 minutes between sessions and during the dedicated 6:00-6:30 Expo Hall time each day.
